Our Return & Exchange Promise

We offer a straightforward 15-day return policy from the date you receive your items. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’ll gladly accept returns or exchanges for most items in new, unused condition with original tags attached.

Please Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on underwear, base layers, or final sale items unless they are faulty. This policy ensures all our customers receive products that meet our high standards of quality and cleanliness.

Simple Returns Process

Follow these easy steps to return or exchange an item:

  1. Request Authorization: Contact our customer service team within 15 days of receiving your order to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Email us at admin@climbingpantsales.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Prepare Your Package: Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging with all tags still attached. Include the original packing slip or a copy of your order confirmation.
  3. Ship Your Return: Clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the package and ship to:

  4. Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or we made an error in your order. We recommend using a tracked shipping service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Refund Information

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days after processing
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, and international customers may be subject to customs duties that are not refundable.

Exchange Process

If you need a different size or color of the same item, follow the return process above and indicate that you would like an exchange. We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive your return. If the exchange item costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference; if it costs less, we’ll refund the difference.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty item or something different from what you ordered, please contact us immediately. We’ll cover return shipping costs and expedite your replacement or refund.
